New Q in Gotham Underground? Tieri remains mute!

While DC’s description of the 9 part Gotham Underground mini doesn’t mention her specifically:

“Frank Tieri and COUNTDOWN’s J. Calafiore team up to deliver an action-packed tale that features Batman, Robin, Nightwing, Batwoman and just about every other Gotham guest-star imaginable.”

Attempts to reach the series writer were unsuccessful, and his interview with Newsarama provided no other clues.
