Vic Sage gets TWO Mattel action figures in ‘08
Information leaked out last week in the forums of Julius Marx’s site Action Figure Insider that The Question will finally be receiving the JLU animated action figure treatment this coming fall when the line goes Target exclusive. It was confirmed by representative forum member, Mattel’s own ToyGuru, Vic Sage will be one of 13 new figures later this year and will have his trademark trench coat.
Now the surprise word coming out of the NYC toyfair this week from the Mattel show room is that a new line called Infinate Heroes consisting of comic-styled DC superheroes (and civilians like GCPD officers, and Jim Gordon) are going to be made in the 3.75 inch scale and that the Vic Sage Question will be one of them. Wizard Universe has the story and Pictures first, which show members of the JSA, Batwoman, Wonder Girl, Thanagarian warriors and armored Lexcorp goons.

The Question in Final Crisis?
While The Question only received a passing mention in this Newsarama article, the suggestion is that Q (which one?) will make an appearance, and possibly be a “major player”.
NRAMA: …the Human Flame. Oy.
Along those lines, who are some of the other major players, beyond the New Gods and some of the other characters you’ve mentioned?
GM: The Green Lanterns are a big deal in it. The Alpha Lanterns, which I created for Final Crisis and Geoff then developed into the latest Green Lantern, those guys have a big role to play. The Green Lanterns are quite essential to the whole book. Superman and Batman, obviously, are going to be a big deal. Wonder Woman is a big deal.
The Question. Frankenstein. Mary Marvel…we’re going to take what’s been happening to Mary Marvel beyond all acceptable limits. I think fanboys should enjoy that one. There’s going to be a big definitive battle between Supergirl and Mary Marvel. Some seriously badass super-animals…There’s a ton of stuff that I don’t want to go into details about, because it’s too good to spoil! I’d love readers to just come to issue 1 with no real preconceived notion of what they’re going to get (ha!)…
