Chris .R. Notarile, and his Blinky Productions have been making waves across comic fandom with a series of short films starring DC Comics characters.

In Notarile's films, characters like Power Girl, Booster Gold and Catwoman make the jump from four-color to three-dimensional representations. When the Blue Beetle, with whom Notarile is making a full-length feature, appeared in the back pages of Manhunter #27, Notarile saw a chance to make a film about everyone's favorite JLU conspiracy theorist, the Question.
