Talk show host Lorenzo Diaz has a hit television show, revealing the truth about such conspiracies as the "Mole People" that live under the city.
Vic, in need of some cash-flow and putting aside his strict morals, goes for a job with the station. What Vic doesn't know is that Diaz is setting up the crimes that he bases his show on.
But the plans go awry as a woman dies in an attempted fake kidnapping. Vic figures it all out, and becomes involved with a local cult conspiracy, and eventually gets Diaz arrested, if not prosecuted.
