Vic Sage, reporter for KBEL Hub City, has been following a wild goose for the past three days. Nothing on the IRA gun-running scam has turned up, and he looks like hell.
When news about lumber baron Owen Hester's death ties the IRA in with a radical native American separatist group, Sage traces the ties back to another lumber baron, Sir Arthur Youngblood, part native American, but seven generations removed.
A little investigation reveals that Hester's lumber company was only a subsidiary of Youngblood's. Meanwhile, Queen is having realizations of his own as he's being shot out of a tree by an Irishman with a bazooka.
